One of my strengths is adaptability—I thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adjust to new situations or challenges. I’m also highly organized, which helps me manage tasks efficiently and stay focused on achieving goals.

As for weaknesses, I sometimes struggle with delegation—I have a tendency to take on too much responsibility myself instead of effectively distributing tasks among team members. Additionally, I can be overly critical of my own work, which sometimes leads to self-doubt or perfectionism. However, I actively work on these areas by seeking feedback and striving for better balance in my approach.
